Cape Fear Rum Cakes are baked in Wilmington NC, right along the Cape Fear River. They are baked in small batches and use only the finest ingredients to ensure that you receive the highest quality rum cake. Each rum cake is double glazed by hand and vacuum sealed so they will stay fresh in the box for 6 months.

The Golden Vanilla rum cake is rich and buttery with a sprinkle of walnuts for a texture that perfectly complements the moist rum flavor.
The Maple Pecan rum cake uses the golden batter and is then infused with maple and topped with pecans. It may be the best (breakfast) rum cake you've ever had.
The Red Velvet rum cake has white chocolate chips for a creamy bite to this velvety smooth rum cake.
