Shipping policy
FedEx is our default shipping method for residences and FedEx Ground for businesses. We charge a flat shipping rate of $8.95 for all orders placed through our website. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us direct for shipping rates. FedEx will NOT deliver to post office boxes.
At our discretion, we sometimes will ship UPS or US Postal Service Priority Mail or Priority Flat Rate if we feel it is the most efficient shipping method to get your order to you in a timely manner.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided which results in a package having to be re-routed, additional charges will occur and will be charged to the card used for the original order.
We try to process and ship orders out as quickly as possible (usually within two days of receiving the order, except on weekends) however things may slow down with heavy traffic, particularly around holidays. Make sure to schedule your orders accordingly! It can take several more days during the holiday season for a package to reach its intended destination. We are not responsible for late shipments. If an order comes in damaged or you get the wrong order please call us and we will replace it. Save the box and packaging for FedEx inspection or return!
