You may have noticed that some decafs taste bland with little to no flavor. That’s because most decaffeination processes employ chemical solvents that don't just strip away the caffeine molecules, but also the rich, complex flavors of your coffee.

The Swiss Water decaf process, on the other hand, is 100% chemical-free and actually preserves the coffee’s natural flavors. This means you get a decaf that tastes just as rich and full-bodied as our regular brews – just without the caffeine.

How It Works

1. Soak

The coffee beans are soaked in a pure water solution to draw out the caffeine.

2. Filter

The solution passes through a carbon filter that catches only the caffeine molecules.

3. Repeat

This process is repeated until the beans are 99.9% caffeine-free.
